At Love Your Swagger, we take pride in the quality, care, and individuality of every product we create. All of our pieces are crafted to help you express your unique swagger — with comfort, confidence, and sustainability in mind.
Custom-Made Organic Cotton Products
Our apparel is made using 100% organic cotton and is custom made just for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Proof of the fault (such as photos) will be required.
Earrings – No Returns for Hygiene Reasons
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
If your earrings arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Upcycled Real Leather Handbags
Our handbags are made from upcycled genuine leather and are lovingly handcrafted. Because they are handmade and use reclaimed materials, minor blemishes or natural variations may occur — we consider these part of each bag’s unique character, not defects.
We carefully inspect every bag before shipping to ensure it is in excellent condition. If, however, your bag arrives with a significant fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
How to Request a Refund (for Faulty Items Only)

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll process a refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
